Using your experience in sales your aim will be to grow our business and client base by promoting our services nationwide.

**What we would like from you**

Sales focused, target driven with a get up and go attitude.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will have the drive and determination to grow and develop our client base. You will have a positive impact to the team and work from the office 5 days per week.

You'll need to have recent management experience in recruitment or sales.

Proven success in meeting SLA, KPI and GP targets.

You will also build relationships across our network to ensure the clients you convert are developed to their maximum potential by your colleagues.

Confidence to lead client meetings to achieve sales.
