Our jewellery is meticulously crafted in-house with exceptional quality and unwavering attention to detail, ensuring that each piece becomes a cherished heirloom, radiating timeless beauty and elegance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adorn the store’s window display every morning with meticulous precision, transforming the space into a captivating showcase that mesmerises onlookers
- Oversee and support the production process of our fine jewellery orders, keeping track of deadlines, facilitating job processing, and maintaining regular communication with our workshops. The role will also involve collecting and delivering jobs to and from our Hatton Garden workshops
- Welcome customers and guide them to the appropriate sales staff, fostering a warm and inviting environment that enhances their shopping experience
- Contribute to the sale of high-value jewellery by striving to meet and surpass sales targets, supported by comprehensive and ongoing training that equips you with the knowledge and skills to excel
- Engage in the daily ritual of ultrasonically cleaning our jewellery items to ensure that all pieces remain in pristine condition
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all areas are kept tidy and presentable, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Liaise with suppliers to procure responsibility sourced diamonds, coloured gemstones and precious metals to client’s requirements
- Utilise our in-house database system to effectively manage and interact with various tasks, including the accurate entry of workshop jobs
- Effectively manage general office duties and carry out fundamental administrative tasks, including the maintenance of our website
- Conduct daily stock counts of jewellery items, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Engage in captivating social media content creation, crafting compelling posts and visuals that resonate with our audience

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for applicants who are reliable and have excellent time management skills
- An outgoing and friendly personality is essential for this role
- Flexibility and adaptability are key requirements for this role, **including the ability to work on weekends when covering for staff holidays as necessary**

**Working Hours**:
Monday: 9am-6pm

Tuesday: 9am-6pm

Wednesday: 9am-6pm

Thursday: 10am-6.30pm

Friday: 9am-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
