- Contribute to managing and maintaining the Purchase Ledger
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Perform reconciliations of supplier statements
- Deal with supplier queries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing processes
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proven experience in Purchase Ledger or similar role
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software systems
