Our client who is industry leading and award winning in their sector is looking to grow the Credit Control team to support the needs of the business. This is a friendly supportive team who work hard individually to oversee given clients and customers toliaise with and manage individual ledgers of up to 1000 accounts - you must have experience in high volume workloads.

The team are going to be upgrading the current computer systems soon so you must be confident in the use of computers and be able to adapt to learning quickly.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience and have completed the following duties
- Control and manage debtors in own area of responsibility to ensure that credit given to customers is monitored and collected to the agreed payment terms.
- Carry out daily administration duties to the required company standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with other departments to deliver good customer service
- Provide support for Credit Control Manager as required, including any adhoc duties.

**Experience**
- Previous management of both B2B and B2C accounts
- Exposure to high accounts ledgers (circa 1000 accounts)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate, experience of MS Office
- Results orientated, self-starter who delivers to deadlines.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

**Working hours**

40 per week

Monday to Friday - Office Hours
