Seasonal Bar Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide range of drinks, including cocktails (training will be provided)
- Serve and pour a variety of drinks to wedding and restaurant guests whilst being polite and professional
- Check ID's of customers to verify that they are at least 21 years old.
- Rotate Stock and ensure the bar always looks tidy, clean, and fully stocked.
- Communicate with servers about the needs of customers in the restaurant and bar.
- Set up tables with tableware and silverware for customers in the restaurant.
- Clean tables after customers leave.
- Greet customers that enter the bar and make them feel welcome.
- Set up and close down of the bar at the beginning and end of the night.
- Stock take of products

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
