Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
  • Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
  • Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or the food service industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
  • Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your location) to handle alcohol

£8.60-£11.44 per hour
