Our client is a specialist in Corporate International Moves and is currently looking for two International Move Coordinators to join their growing team in North West London.

We’re looking for professionals with strong customer service skills, international move management and supply chain management experience. You will be responsible for the professional coordination of the owner’s household goods shipment on a door to doorbasis, managing packing teams, freight forwarders, overseas partners, and 3rd party services.

You can expect to earn between £30-35k to start depending on experience.

**The International Move Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Management of moves door to door
- Give professional guidance to customers in respects to all (Outbound/Inbound, Sea, Air and Road) customs documentation, transit schedules and requirements.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, shipping lines, airfreight agents, road crews and overseas partners to ensure all aspects of move from packing, transport, delivery and transit schedules are to clients requirements and performed smoothly
- Escalating any issues as soon as they arise
- Production of all letters, correspondence and instructions to client and all supplier parties and collection of all relevant documents for importation of effects.
- Scheduling survey appointments
- Booking labour and transport services with appropriate supplier partner
- Instructing agreed charges with appropriate supplier partner
- Updating of supplementary costs to the database and ensuring the billing of additional services
- Ensuring swift dispatch of all shipments after packing
- Review and approval of supplier purchase invoices
- Sales Invoicing and supporting documentation
- Active input to company projects

**Experience required for the International Move Coordinator**:

- Good communication skills
- Well organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Able and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to manage and control all costs related to a move
- Experience within International move co-ordination
