**Did someone say 44 days annual leave including bank holidays?**

44 days. This Finance Business Partner Opportunity in Leicester has 44 days holiday. With 8 being bank hols, that leaves 36 to play with. That could be 4x 2 week holidays from work. 2x 1 week holiday and 6 more to dot around to do absolutely anything youwant to do. Or however you want to cut it.

**“If the holidays are great though, there must be a negative?”**

Not really. The role is great. Really interesting, a proper, varied finance business partner role.

**“Ah, so, you need experience in business partnering then? That’s me out”**

Nope, they’re flexible. They’d hire someone straight from practice. Or straight from financial accounts, or management accounts, or financial analysis. They are really open. They can’t flex on the qualification bit though, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMAqual for this one I’m afraid. Other than this, you just need a sound grounding in finance and good communication skills.

**“Does the 44 days holiday mean a rubbish work life balance the rest of the time”**

Nope, it’s good, maybe 2-3 days a month you may need to work until 6 ish, but, seriously, no evening or weekend work.

**“Does that mean the other benefits are awful?”**

Nope, the pension scheme is great too. And way better than most schemes, which, coupled with the holidays included takes this closer to a £47-50k package.

“**Ok, well, what about hybrid working”**

You can do as many day as you like in the office, but, they’d like you in for at least 3 days per week really.
