El Equipo de Regulación Minorista está creciendo para apoyar la evolución dentro del mercado energético, incluyendo la transición a la energía neta cero. Puedes contribuir a ello ayudando a ScottishPower Energy Retail a influir en el marco político y normativo en evolución y a definir su enfoque estratégico dentro de dicho marco.

Este puesto apoyará en la identificación, priorización y comunicación de la política regulatoria y el asesoramiento a través de Energy Retail y proporcionará apoyo experto al negocio minorista en la gestión de los objetivos de negocio, incluyendo la comunicación con los directores y la alta dirección sobre cuestiones regulatorias y, cuando sea necesario, el enlace con organismos externos como Ofgem.

Estamos buscando expertos en regulación con las habilidades y experiência que necesitamos para ayudarnos a dar forma al entorno regulatorio en el que opera ScottishPower Energy Retail. Buscamos personas que apoyen al equipo en todas las actividades minoristas, incluidas las relacionadas con nuestra experiência del cliente y los clientes vulnerables, el futuro de la regulación de precios y nuestras ofertas de soluciones inteligentes.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con otros analistas del equipo de Regulación para apoyar a los directores de Regulación Comercial y Minorista en el desarrollo de sólidas relaciones de trabajo con Ofgem y funcionarios del Gobierno para comprender su pensamiento e identificar oportunidades beneficiosas para ScottishPower.

**_Funciones y Responsabilidades_**
- Revisar y evaluar las propuestas de Ofgem y del Gobierno para captar la posición regulatoria sobre cuestiones políticas clave y, trabajando dentro del equipo y con expertos en negocios minoristas, incluso a nível de Director, utilizar tus excelentes habilidades de comunicación para redactar respuestas de alta calidad para influir y apoyar nuestros objetivos comerciales.
- Garantizar que nuestros equipos operativos comprendan todas las cuestiones normativas y sus implicaciones, proporcionando asesoramiento y orientación para garantizar el cumplimiento continuo y apoyar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios alineados con nuestra estrategia para el futuro mercado minorista de la energía
- Gestionar nuestras respuestas a las solicitudes de información periódicas y ad hoc de Ofgem

**_¿Qué estamos buscando?_**
- Estudios universitarios o experiência equivalente, buenas habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia que te permitirán gestionar una serie de interlocutores clave y obtener resultados al tiempo que mantienes y aprovechas las relaciones existentes.
- Un alto nível de inglés escrito le permitirá presentar argumentos e ideas creíbles de forma clara, lógica y persuasiva a diversos níveles dentro de la empresa, con capacidad para evaluar la magnitud del riesgo y tomar decisiones empresariales sólidas basadas en un juicio razonado.
- Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento del marco regulador, comercial y de cumplimiento y de la estructura que sustenta el funcionamiento de la industria del gas y la electricidad u otra autoridad reguladora.
