**Sales & Operations Coordinator**
This role is in the early stages of major growth & as the business progresses there will be multiple avenues for specialism, leadership & management. There will be freedom to take ownership of key areas of the business, providing a gateway to personal and professional development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Campaigns: plan, execute, and optimize sales campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Customer Journey: manage the whole purchasing journey from processing, invoicing, coordinate packaging & delivery whilst maintaining effective customer communications.
- Enquiry Management: handle all incoming enquiries from our marketing sources by listening to customer requirements, promote relevant products and convert into orders.
- Business Development: network and build relationships with our internal customer database to increase returning custom & referrals.
- Conferences: network and create new relationships with external stakeholders whilst building awareness and generating sales.
- Account Management: Effectively work with various customer accounts from order to completion, building long lasting relationships.
- Reporting: monitor, analyse and report on key sales & operational metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: develop and maintain an effective working relationship with our marketing and website team to align our department goals and drive sales.
- Projects: plan, execute and report on various external projects to ensure continuous improvements. Examples, Loyalty Programme, Mailshots, Case Studies.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
