**Permanent Vacancy - Fleet Administrator / Parts Coordinator**

Talent84 Ltd have a full-time vacancy for a Fleet Administrator / Parts Coordinator to support the workshop manager of a busy logistics depot.

**Hour of work**
- Mon - Fri - day shift - either 8.00 am - 4.00 pm or 9.00 am
- 5.00 pm

**Pay rate**
- Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience

**Duties are varied and will include**:

- Maintaining effective administration systems, including accurate and comprehensive data entry onto computerised systems, in line with company requirements and procedures
- Ordering and sourcing parts
- Organising and booking vehicle maintenance, servicing, and MOTs in accordance with company and legislative requirements
- Dealing with driver queries and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental and management systems
- Providing administrative support around the maintenance, accident, and fleet management of company vehicles
- Providing guidance and support to the operational teams to help resolve issues
- General administration and customer service

**Skills required**:

- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Competent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
- Capable of working as part of a flexible team.
- Maintenance systems experience preferred but not essential.
