Overview:
Once fully implemented, the focus of this role will then become facilitating the business in their day to day use of the system, and supporting in the definition, scoping and delivery of a continuous improvement backlog, new projects, as well as evaluating and adopting priority features available in the vendor roadmap releases.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, 3rd party software vendors, to be a support partner ensuring a timely delivery and enabling a set of common business processes for a network of in-market users and super users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define the product vision, roadmap and strategy of our CRM system
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of sales processes and how they relate to customer interactions
- Chair the cross-Market Governance Committee to agree product amendments/improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of continuous improvements
- Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of CRM technology and best practices
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into product features and user stories
- Attend SAP Cloud for Customer forums and advocate for company specific changes
- Collaborate with 3rd party development teams to ensure the product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that CRM systems are integrated with other business systems as needed
- Lead and conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that the system is working effectively
- Ensure that CRM systems are properly configured, tested, and maintained to meet the needs of the sales teams
- Monitor product usage and gather feedback to continually improve the product
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and sales processes
- Support other system development around CRM with data and process alignment
- Train sales & marketing teams on the use of the system and provide ongoing support

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a product owner of product manager in Sales CRM software
- Strong understanding of sales & marketing processes as well as CRM technologies and best practices
- Experience with SAP Cloud 4 Customer Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results

Desirable
- Previous experience of delivery of Transformation or significant process change
- Commercial experience in a multi-national FMCG/CPG
- Previous Global/Business Process Owner experience
- Project Management and/or Change Management
- Experience working in Agile development environment
- Experience of working and building relationships with stakeholders based internationally
