Job Overview:
Your primary duties will include
- Answering telephone calls, managing PODs, and handling various general traffic administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Pay depending on experience

Working hours 10am-7pm
