**Duties**:

- Assist in the production of food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain food safety protocols throughout the production process
- Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to measure ingredients accurately
- Monitor product quality during production, identifying any deviations or abnormalities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production tasks

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food production or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is highly desirable
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurement of ingredients
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

**Salary**: £31,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
