We're a leading manufacturer of convenience food in the UK and our purpose is to make every day taste better. Our company is a major supplier of food to the UK's leading supermarkets.
Our site employs over 600 people and is the largest quiche bakery in the country, producing more than 42 million quiche each year, along with a wide range of ready meals and soups.
We produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda.
We operate a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with days and nights paid at different rates.
As a key member of our team, your duties will include:
- To pick and supply products for all customers,
- Using a voice-activated pick control system with a headset
- Receiving and storing goods produced from our factory, using handheld scanners and racking systems.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Working to meet departmental targets and deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Loading customer orders onto trailers.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is an advantage.

- Experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Food Safety certification is preferred but not essential.
