**Job Summary**:Lime, a leadng provider of shared electric scooters and bikes, is seeking dedicated individuals with their own cars to join our team as Battery Swappers in London. As a Battery Swapper, you will play a vital role in maintaining our fleet by collecting and swapping out depleted batteries with fully charged ones. Join our team as a Lime Bike Collection and Distribution Specialist in London We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with their own vans to help us collect and distribute Lime bikes around the city.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use your own van to collect Lime bikes from designated Lime warehouses across London.
- Conduct thorough inspections of bikes to ensure they are in excellent condition, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload Lime bikes onto your van.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to distribute Lime bikes to strategic locations across the city.
- Utilize GPS and communication devices to coordinate with the operations team and optimize bike deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of bike inventory and provide regular reports on bike distribution activities.
- Respond promptly to any urgent operational issues, such as low bike availability or damaged bikes.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating your van.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with Lime users and the general public.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as bike maintenance, warehouse organization, and operational support.

**Requirements**:

- Ownership of a reliable van in good working condition.
- A passion for sustainable transportation and eco-friendly initiatives.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move bicycles weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and evenings, as the job may involve shift work.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.

**Salary**: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
