We are now recruiting for a Graduate Technical Sales Support Engineer to increase the sales to our research and OEM customers, you will achieve this through technically and commercially supporting our existing customers, identifying and qualifying our additionalcustomers and providing relevant content for our marketing executives.

**In addition to this as our Graduate Technical Sales Support Engineer you will be responsible for**:

- **Provide technical support**:Growing our business with research institutes through management of our 3rd party sales channels and supporting our OEM inquiries, providing technical support and quotations.
- **Networking**: Identifying and qualifying additional sales channels and OEM customers and connecting to our customers through social media.
- **Sales Promotion**:Creating and supporting webinars, virtual conferences, real conferences and preparing presentations and content for social media channels.
- **Product Management**: Receiving and interpreting the voice of the customer and conducting competitive analysis.
- Bachelor’s in Science, Mechanical Engineering or relevant professional experience.
- Practical experience with technical or scientific equipment.
- Well organised and structured
- Results orientated.
- Outgoing energetic personality.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Full driver’s license.
- Ability to work on own initiative, taking ownership
- High levels of motivation, diligence
- Confident in delivering technical presentations explaining our products and services
- Good at listening, providing input and implementing decisions
- Working in teams to create commercial outcomes and provide customer solutions
