Outdoor & Cycle Concepts, owners of Cotswold Outdoor, Snow + Rock and Runners Need, are looking for an **Assistant Store Manager** to join the retail team in **Ambleside**.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be supporting the general running of the store alongside the Store Manager by assisting with core operational processes relating to stock, audits and banking as well as being a role model to inspire your team to delivera premium level of customer service.

You will need to have experience managing and coaching a team, excellent customer service and have an understanding of how a store operates including compliance, processes and visual merchandising.
