Assistant Manager Opportunity

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Lake District. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively and support the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in store to success and drive performance and retail sales
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers and work alongside your team to grow your store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
  • Support your store manager in the day-to-day running of the store and develop the team through great learning and development
  • Manage and control budgets and drive sales to ensure the high levels of performance within the business are maintained
Requirements:
  • Retail experience at either Supervisor, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level
  • Working within a fashion or accessory environment
  • Currently managing KPIs and sales to improve their current store performance
  • Has a track record of driving sales and performance and commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis
