We are seeking a **Contact Centre Advisor **who is passionate about ensuring that all our patients receive the best possible care.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Speaking on the phone **with patients and clinical staff, both inbound and outbound calls
- Escalating clinical concerns to our trained team of nurses
- Working quickly to **organise **replacement staff for visits covering unplanned absence
- **Inputting data **and making amendments on the scheduling system
- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and exceeded at all times
Experience Required:
- Excellent **customer service **skills and a good **telephone manner**:
- **Admin and organisational skills**:
- A healthcare background would be useful but not a deal breaker
- Excellent **problem-solving **skills and able to work effectively as part of a team
- You'll need to be computer literate
Role requirements:
- 40 hours per week over 5 days with 1 hour lunch break
- Happy to work evenings and weekends.
- Our team work on a rota across Mon-Sun and between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
- Shifts are 7am-4pm or 1pm-10pm
- Compulsory Working 1 weekend in 3
- Part time Weekend shifts
- 7am-4pm or 1pm-10pm
- Part time Evening Shifts
- 4pm-10pm
