**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Lecturer, You will have the opportunity to teach **BTEC Level 5 Business** (Pearson) program. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic community and make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

**Duties**:

- Facilitate class discussions and encourage student participation
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, and assignments
- Assess student performance through exams, papers, and other forms of evaluation
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
- Maintain regular office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students
- Stay current with developments in the field of expertise and incorporate relevant information into teaching materials
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and improvement initiatives
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall academic community

**Experience**:
We are seeking someone who is passionate about Business education and possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

- Substantial experience in a business role within industry. (preferred)
- Prior teaching experience at the college or university level is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to engage students and create an inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools for instruction

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00-£28.00 per hour
