The Department is one of the largest centres for the treatment of haematological malignancies in the UK with a strong reputation for clinical trials and clinical research. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and confident doctor keen to further develop clinical, research and leadership skills in a dynamic inclusive team.

This role offers opportunities to participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, educational supervision, and research and leadership roles within the specialty.

**Professional Registration**:
**Essential criteria**:
- Full and specialist registration (and with a licence to practise) with the General Medical Council (GMC) (or be eligible for registration within six months of interview)
- Applicants that are UK trained, must ALSO be a holder of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview
- Applicants that are non-UK trained, will be required to show evidence of equivalence to the UK CCT
**Professional qualifications**:

- FRCPath or evidence of equivalent qualification MRCP or evidence of equivalent qualification

- Higher professional degree
**Clinical skills and experience**:

- Experience in management of lymphoma
- Able to communicate effectively and appropriately with patients, their families and other health professionals

- Evidence of participation in Clinical Audit.

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
