**Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and stakeholders. The building is based on an established business park in Reading.

**Hours and salary**

8.30am - 5.30pm Monday and Tuesday (18 hours)

Salary - £12,233.52 per annum

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Coordinate and organise corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies
- Efficiently managing deliveries, including couriers and post
- Assisting with management access passes

**Building management**
- You will quickly establish yourself as ‘the face of the building’ and the go to person for questions / queries
- Work closely with the off site Building Manager - confidently reporting building issues and helping manage to resolution
- Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress / maintenance log
- Efficiently manage meeting rooms, including room bookings and catering supplies, if required
- Assist with the management and administration of invoices for tenants
- Professionally conducting viewings of vacant offices, on behalf of agents. These could be pre booked, or walk ins

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**About you**
- Proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge
- Facilities management experience (desirable)
- Personable with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Proactive, self-motivated and thrive in an environment where you are required to multitask
- Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active
listening skills
