We run services across three hospitalsat Watford, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead. **What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Develop validated spreadsheets with CPG Programme Manager and Senior Information Analyst for data collection for CPG pathways.
- Collect data for all CPG pathways from medical records and information systems within the Trust.
- Maintain timely and accurate database for each CPG pathways.
- Develop appropriate analytical solutions to meet the needs of CPG programme.
- Support the Senior Information Analyst with the analysis and production and update of Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
- Produce monthly reports for CPG pathways.
