**Duties**:

- Supporting women and children in a refuge setting
- Working in partnership with other agencies to achieve best outcomes
- Building confidence and self-esteem in our clients
- Be part of the on-call rota system. No sleep-ins
- Showing our clients respect and compassion
- Working with the team, offering a procative approach

**Skills**:

- Experience of working with vulnerable families
- Safeguarding knowledge in a working environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
- Have a non-judgemental approach

Note: Additional skills may be required based on specific job requirements.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Broadland, Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- social work: 1 year (preferred)
- Directly working with vulnerable families: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- HCPC (preferred)

Work Location: In person
