**Responsibilities**:
- Offer support to women and children in a refuge setting
- Have a non-judgemental approach
- Be compassionate
- Ability to be creative in engaging vulnerable women
- Provide out of hours on-call cover on a rota system
- Support colleagues
- Proficient user of Office 365
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience supporting vulnerable women.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Have experience of safeguarding within a work setting
- Experience of working with domestic abuse survivors.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
