**Job Description**:

- Maintain Site Services Business plan, to ensure all systems are fully maintained and compliant within the required time scales.
- Manage expenditure of the department with effective spending and forecasting, review ways to reduce costs
- Drive the Maintenance Policy; Preventive, Curative, Improvement
- Manage the site utilities to ensure 100% supply to site, at the best possible cost and with minimum environmental impact.
- To liaise with building and sub-contractors to ensure competitive quotes.
- Ensure all contractor visitors are inducted and supervised while on site.
- Ensure all contractor visitors who are on site comply with all H&S regulations.
- Ensure all site security and fire systems are maintained and fully functional.
- Carry out day to day duties to ensure that the buildings infrastructure and equipment is maintained and repaired as required.
- Occasional call out for unsociable hours.

Required:

- Site Services & Facilities Management Experience
- Clean UK driving license.
- Understanding of H&S requirements.
- Understanding of IS14001 Environmental Management.
- PC Literate in Microsoft Office.
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to contribute effectively to a team and consistently promote teamwork.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems.
- PC literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications:

- GCSE Grade C/4 Math’s & English or equivalent.
- HNC/D or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Specialist training required/Application specific training:

- Working at height
- Manual handling

Any additional requirements/particular aptitude/skill required:

- Eligible to obtain relevant security clearance for the role
- Full Driving License required
