**About the Role**:
To ensure the tills in company are programmed with relevant data as per received details on requests and within given deadlines, in order for units to be able to process and report their sales, and be able to print customer receipt and the order to kitchen printers or screens for others to be able to fulfil it for the customer.

**What you will be Doing**:
**Micros till system**
- Processing marketers’ requests (price changes, item deletions, new items, new combo or set price meals, new promotions, any changes to items/meals/promotions’ details) in detailed and timely manner, making sure all updates are tested prior to being sent live to units;
- Creating extracts of data (relevant to job & brand done) to use for cross checking own jobs and for other teams and departments use;
- Setting up and maintaining all aspects of the till functioning and displaying options / screens / functions exceptions which are related to division (Air / Rail/ Retail), brand (BK, Starbucks, etc.) and type of service (QSR, TSR);
- My Micros reporting system
- Setting up, maintaining, de-activating units on the system, maintaining unit details as well as hierarchy in accordance with other systems used by company;
- Changing the RVC settings, linking unit level set up with MyMicros reporting of sales (out of trading hours changes required);
- Investigating queries arising around unit set up, items reporting, hierarchies of units, items, meals and promotions, reporting of order types, VAT, waste and other tenders, assisting with some access queries for unit managers;

- Back of house (Lynx) team;
- Marketing Operations (MOT) team;
- Business Systems managers (BSM);
- Arc, TSL, Oracle and other supporting third parties;
- Group IT - various departments & teams;
- Brand and Commercial Marketers;
- Loss Prevention & Fraud Control team;

**To be successful in this role you will need**:
**Essential**:

- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Ensuring all aspects of role are carried out in accordance with agreed SLA’s;
**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Lynx;
- Knowledge of Micros Enterprise Management;
- Knowledge of Access or SQL databases;
