**Senior Payments Administrator**

**About the role**

This is a role that sits within our busy and challenging Admin and Billing Team, with the key objective of making accurate payments of incoming dealer invoices for Arval's indirect (e.g. broker) channels. We do of course need you to check we have received all the required documentation and recorded it before making those payments. When all checks are complete, you will the need to add that vehicle to our internal systems.

As a Senior Payments Administrator (known internally as Senior Payments Specialist), you will be managing the team stats, controls, reporting and escalations, as well as supporting the team in their day-to-day tasks and managing workloads. You will also liaise with key stakeholders across the business, including our external suppliers, to resolve any invoice queries. This means you'll be working closely with our Finance team to resolve any queries on the ledger accounts.

**About you**

You will have excellent communication skills and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Used to taking ownership of all that comes your way, you will see payment issues through to resolution whilst demonstrating the complete professionalism and tact that comes naturally to you.
