**Role Description**

This is a full-time, permanent role, located in Wallsend, Newcastle. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young people; to promote them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for. To act as a positive role model and work closely with the young people to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their maximum potential.

**Due to the nature of the job and the activities involved, we are only able to consider applicants who have a full UK driver's licence**

**What we would like from you**
- NVQ 3 in Health and Social care (children), or equivalent (essential)
- 3 years experience working with children (essential)
- Driver with access to own vehicle (essential)
- Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures and practices (desired)

**Salary**: £28,128.00 per year
