**As an Apprentice Business Administrator at M-Press Fittings Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting various functions within the company. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for career growth, hands-on experience, and skill development. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
**Actively reviewing customer accounts to identify and maximize sales potential.**

**Generating and handling new leads for potential customers.**

**Assisting with the processing of orders and supporting the Sales Directors.**

**Identifying ways to improve systems/procedures and effectively communicating suggestions to management.**

**Serving as the first point of contact for all customers on the sales line.**

**Preparing quotations for customers.**

**Performing general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.**

**Ensuring ongoing communication between departments.**

**Managing allocated customer issues in collaboration with the appropriate regional support manager.**

**Handling customer disputes and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.**

**Organizing collections and deliveries.**

**General office administration duties.**

**Personal Specification**:
**Excellent customer service interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills.**

**Professional experience in general administrative and customer service tasks.**

**High level of computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.**

**Ability to work independently, flexibly, and proactively solve problems.**

**Organized and methodical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.**

**Ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and work to deadlines.**

**Ability to work with complete confidentiality.**

**Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.**
