**This role will focus on**:
We are looking for an apprentice Welder. You will be enrolled on a college course as well as gaining practical knowledge working for our organisation. You will understand the dynamics of welding components to a standard that meets the company and customer expectations.

You will be trained to a level that will eventually lead to an external testing body auditing you to ensure you meet the company's welding procedure so becoming 'Coded'.

You will understand how the manufacturing process within the company aligns with customer demand in a safe and consistent way.
