Contract: Temp - Perm / Perm
A Manufacturing company based in Worcester (Blackpole) are looking for a Logistic Administrator to join their team on a temp - perm basis working on days shift:
As a Logistic Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Determining the required materials and possibly generating purchase orders.
- Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Schedule shifts for drivers and warehouse staff
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders

As a Logistic Administrator, you will be required to:

- Previous experience working as a Transport Administrator will be essential.
- Previous experience working as a Material Planner/Stock Controller will be essential
- Good knowledge of UK road network.
- Good working knowledge of Driver Tachograph rules & regulations.
- Experience with DVSA regulations.
- Computer literate.
- Good organisational skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
