**Sales Administrator - Glasgow HQ - Full Time**

We’re looking for a smart and systems-savvy Sales Administrator to join our Mission Control team.

This role will be based full-time in our Glasgow head office and would suit an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge.

**What you’ll be doing**

The Mission Control team sits at the heart of our business operation and is responsible for getting all our deals processed and live on the itison website every day.
- Working through a high volume of tasks, at a fast pace
- Processing deal & event features, including data processing from contract stage to fact-checking, copywriting, image selecting & correcting errors
- Setting up and maintaining our in-house hotel booking system, Reservations Manager
- Working closely with our sales, marketing, and customer support teams - troubleshooting issues for these departments, keeping them up to date on new deals, and giving feedback where guidelines aren’t being met.
- Working closely with other departments on day-to-day operations, seasonal campaigns, and new projects to deliver exciting content to itison members
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the company in its growth goals

Full training will be provided on team tasks and on our company systems.
