**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
- Utilise upselling strategies to promote products or services
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales logs.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and installations.
- Support sales activities and contribute to revenue generation
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom, ensuring displays are attractive and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Experience in upselling techniques and sales support

Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 Alternate Saturdays 10.00 - 14.00

Pay: £11.50 per hour
