We have an exciting new role for a Retail Area Sales Manager to join a long standing, established buying group based in Andover.

The primary focus of the role will be to: help with all onboarding and ongoing engagement to our client's stores across the UK which will in turn maximise the commercial benefits available to each store.

This is a new role which is designed to look after each retail store in the group, ensuring that they benefit from all that the company has to offer. You will support and guide and be on hand as a primary point of contact and the face of the business. Inthis role you will need to travel regularly across the country to group meetings and various stores. You may have worked in a similar role where the membership was key.

**Main responsibilities of the role include**:

- To be responsible for communicating the wide range of commercial benefits available to each individual outlet
- Provide key support and advice to help maximise the performance of the outlet
- Identifying and leading opportunities to strengthen engagement and communication
- Evaluate purchasing, financial, logistics/distribution and marketing strategies per store
- Provide support for new stores opening in their first year of joining the group
- Share knowledge, support communities and provide advice and support
- Provide recommendations to senior management in the strategic membership direction of the group

**Relevant Experience includes**:

- A role where you were required to travel regionally or across the UK
- Personality and enthusiasm to engage a diverse range of business owners
- Strong relationship management and skills
- Ability to market and sell the companies service with authenticity
- Knowledge of various tools/techniques to engage B2B audiences
- Self-directed and motivate to meet goals and objectives
