- Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience working with children and young people, ideally within a residential setting. You will also already have achieved a minimum Level 3 in
Residential Childcare or be willing to work towards this qualification.
A good knowledge and understanding around managing challenging behaviours would also be key to this role and well as being an exceptional communicator, able to build key
relationships with both the children and young people, and their families.
We need someone who can be flexible, and works well as part of a close, and incredibly
