**_ Are you looking for a role where you _**_can really make a difference to the life of a young person? _**

We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our team, working to provide a high-quality service to children and young people within the Looked After system. In this role, you will work as part of a wider team to assess each child and young person's needs, implementing individual care plans/programmes, and providing a level of supervision and support.

The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will work as part of a wider team to assess each child and young person's needs, implementing individual care plans/programmes, and providing a level of supervision and support. You will build close relationships with the young people in our home, supporting their links and relationships outside of the home, encouraging them to connect with the communities around them.

This is a challenging but highly rewarding role, and you will be required to maintain appropriate and up to date records on each child/young person, working closely with the wider team and providing feedback to management where necessary for the young person's wellbeing.

Who we are looking for

**Closing date**: 14th July 2024

**This role requires an enhanced DBS check with a Children’s Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Children.**

**We are currently operating virtual interviews. This will preferably be undertaken using the Microsoft Teams software, which is currently free for new users, however if there are any issues with accessing this technology, we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements prior to the interviews.**
