**Entrepreneurship Centre Administrator**

**Oxford Grade 5: £28,131 - £33,348 per annum**

**Fixed term contract until July 2025**

The Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entrepreneurship Centre Administrator. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until July 2025, with a salary range of £28,131 - £33,348 per annum (Grade 5).

The Entrepreneurship Centre is a unique and innovative department within the Saïd Business School, whose mission is to support and promote entrepreneurial pathways for Oxford Said students, Oxford University students, and alumni. As the Centre Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Centre, supporting programme managers in running programmes and events, and contributing to specific projects.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Making administrative arrangements for online and in-person training, events, and programmes, including room/virtual space bookings, signage, catering travel and accommodation arrangements, and event page creation.
- Supporting Programme Managers with on-site and virtual events, such as checking in participants, directing attendees to rooms, managing virtual attendees and communicating through virtual chats.
- Supporting all members of the Entrepreneurship Centre team, including the Director with general administration as requested, including diary management, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, printing or sending of presentations, signage, collating of information for reporting, printing of course materials, and liaising with other team members as appropriate.
- Collating, inputting, and maintaining data in Salesforce, the Entrepreneurship Centre's CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail. You should also have experience managing administrative processes, organising your own workload, working to deadlines, and prioritising tasks. Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills is also essential. The ability to work independently as well as within a team, and a willingness to get involved with a variety of tasks and support team members in an enthusiastic and proactive manner is important.
