**What? Proje**ct Accountant - FP & A Team

**Where? Crawley -**Hybrid working with just 1-2 days pw based from the Crawley Office

**How much?**£40,000 - £50,000 pa

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in the maintenance of a Project Reporting tool to capture and consolidate all required information in relation to projects, e.g. financial, approval status, progress, planned benefits
- Draft monthly financial reporting of project performance, including latest view of cost to complete, timelines and benefits realisation
- Participate in the tracking and reporting of project spend and benefits realisation, challenging as necessary
- Support the PMO team to ensure invoices and timesheet hours have been correctly accrued and allocated to the appropriate projects
- Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of financial forecasting and budgeting processes for projects, including communications, timetables and data requirements
- Actively engage in development of underlying reports, processes and systems
- Escalate risks and provide business insight to the Senior Manager - Project Reporting
- Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed with Head of FP&A and Senior Manager - Project Reporting, and provide support to wider FP&A team as required
- Adhere to Company Risk Management policy and procedures, including reporting of incidents or breaches.
- Adhere to Company Diversity & Inclusion policy.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Part qualified in a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
- Good attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent modelling and analytical skills, with ability to think independently and draw conclusions
- A team player who can work with stakeholders in other functions to achieve objectives
