**About the opportunity**:
We are recruiting for a Finance Coordinator to join our market leading Logistics Team at our Distribution Centre based in Harlow. The Finance Coordinator will effectively plan, co-ordinate and supervise the administrative elements of the distribution centre. Working closely with the distribution management team, External suppliers and the supply chain director.

This role will be full time working Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend for Payroll input.

**What you'll be doing...**:

- Completing all internal distribution centre finance reports, Supporting the provision of financial and commercial information for site controllers.
- Day-to-day support of all finance function
- Producing budgets, forecasts and analysis of distribution centre cost and volume KPI’s
- Overseeing wage data preparation and queries completed by administrators
- Assisting the preparation of financial accounts on a periodic basis
- Ensuring company policies are communicated, implemented and enforced where appropriate.
- Working Effectively with other colleagues across the company

**What you'll need...**:

- Analytical approach to problem solving
- 1 year experience of working in an accountancy role, or similar preferble but not essential
- Part qualified or working towards a relevant accounting qualification.
- Distribution experience from a financial perspective would be ideal
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment that continually grows and changes
