**Become a SEO Executive**

Reporting into the Senior Search Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in helping to execute a successful omni-channel approach for organic traffic. With support from an external agency, you will be responsible for managing SEO activities, such as content optimisations, link building and keyword research to increase rankings and visibility on all search platforms. You enjoy getting stuck into the detail, can use data to spot future opportunities and can easily build good working relationships with the wider teams.

**Your Mission**
- Create and implement recommendations to improve SEO performance.
- Co-ordinate the production of on-page SEO optimisations, being involved with hands-on creation and wider team processes.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content on both site and blog, internal linking, and other factors - improving our SEO rankings with target keywords.
- Help with production of SEO copy for category pages, campaigns, and blog articles.
- Alignment with other digital marketing teams including paid search.
- Provide regular reporting to the Search Marketing Manager using all SEO tools, as well as strategic ideas to help drive incremental growth and reduce reliance on paid marketing.
- Work closely with the brand marketing / content team to spot future opportunities
- Help with technical SEO fixes and recommendations.

**Skills that will set you apart**
- 6-12 months experience working within a Digital Marketing/ SEO role is desirable.
- A background in retail/ eCommerce
- A blend of creative and analytical skills
- Some experience with copywriting is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of Google suite, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- IT literate with knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Self-motivated and an enthusiastic approach to work
- Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve goals.
- An understanding of some SEO reporting platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming frog etc) but not essential
- Numerate and commercially aware
- Up to date on the latest trends, features and releases.
