**Full Time Receptionist required for 4* City Centre Hotel**
**Salary : £22,360.00 Per Annum (40 hours per week)**
**Job Requirements**:
5 shifts per week (Shift pattern 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm)
Checking guests in and out
Maintaining a courteous and friendly guest service and anticipating guest needs
Process reservations competently
Cashiering and Banking (no cash at present due to Covid precautions)
Completing Front Office documentation accurately and to strict deadlines
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Good IT skills
Must know Edinburgh reasonably well
Other general duties as required
**The Person**:
Smart appearance
Excellent customer service skills
Hotel Reception experience or proven strong administration skills
Must have fluent spoken and written English
Good communicator at all levels
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a calm and effective manner
Attention to detail is paramount
Must be able to work on own and as part of a small team
Flexible approach with a good sense of humour
Expected start date: As soon as possible
