**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Governance and Controls Graduate to join the Retail Pricing Team here at AXA. The UK insurance market is one of the most competitive and advanced markets in the world and profitable growth of personal lines business forms a key part of AXA UK strategic plans. The purpose of this role is to ensure sustainable pricing governance is at the core of our practices within Retail Pricing.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. For this role, the expectation is to work a minimum of two days per week in office.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Aiding with regulatory requirements completion within given timeframes.
- Provide analytical documentary support to compliance projects.
- Support and participate in project groups for solutions, development, and implementation of compliance matters.
- Identifying trends in the business to ensure that the customer is at the heart of all pricing decisions.
- Liaise with the wider AXA governance and compliance teams.
- Understand and provide quality assurance and clear audit for the end-to-end pricing cycle.
- Support and provide clear MI to evidence Retail Pricing's compliance position.
- Work and collaborate as part of ‘one Retail Pricing Team.'

**About you**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- 2:1 degree level in a logical discipline (Engineering, mathematical, Computer Science based.)
- A passion to learn and develop pricing and coding.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work diligently within complex processes and structures.
- Time management skills and ability to keep to deadlines.
- Good presentation, influencing and persuasiveness skills.
- As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
