**Job Summary**:
You will also support the day to day planning and management of staff; recruitment, training, rotas etc.

In addition parent comms and enhancing learning materials, resources and the overall learning curriculum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to help students grasp difficult concepts
- Develop customized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to provide feedback on student performance
- Utilize creative teaching techniques to engage students and enhance learning outcomes

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children or in education settings is essential
- Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with students
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £31,412.00-£33,325.00 per year
