We are recruiting for a UK Sales Administrator to work for a global company based in Oldbury. The role reports into the Finance and Administration Manager.
The purpose of the will be to join an experienced administrative team to primarily process UK sales from customer orders through to shipment alongside office junior duties.
The main duties will be:

- Sales order processing
- Process UK sales orders using Sage 200 software from customer orders to shipment of goods; adhering to a specific process.
- Sales invoicing.
- Liaise with Production, review due orders and report.
- Arrange transport to customer when required.
- Produce reports as required.
- Answer reception calls and greet visitors.
- Office Junior duties: Maintain shredder, photocopier etc.
- Work alongside internal sales and cover where necessary.

The successful person will have the following skills:

- Communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good work ethic.
- Good attention to detail.
- GCSE in English and Maths.
- Sage software experience advantageous but not crucial.

In return the company will provide full support and training, the opportunity to join a company who are doing very well and being successful.
HOURS: 08:30am - 05:00pm Monday - Thursday
08:30am - 04:10pm Friday
