**Pay Rate: £12.00**
**Location: Hove**
**Working Hours: 35 hours per week - 9AM-5PM - Monday to Friday - Opportunity for overtime at the weekend.**
**Contract Length: 6 months - With great opportunity to be made perm.**

**Financial / Administrative Service Experience**
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis
- Speaking with customers to deal with enquiries
- Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output
- Liaise with internal/external Lloyds Banking Group customers and clients
- Confident in processing customer payment transactions/instructions while maintaining high level of accuracy at all times.
- Able to work in a team
- Be flexible and committed to undertake various tasks at a similar level
- Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Responds positively to the changing needs of the business
- Identify, suggest and implement improvements to new and existing processes
- Demonstrating the Lloyds Banking Groups values and behaviours and our Codes of Responsibility in all your day to day activity
- Used to working in an office-based environment
- Literate and word literate
- Full 1-2-1 training and support will be provided
