**Salary**: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour (Mon-Sat), £14.50 - £16.50 per hour (Sun), depending on experience
**Hours**: 36+ hours per week

What You’ll Do:

- **Care with Compassion**: Provide safe, effective, and person-centered care to our residents.
- **Lead with Heart**: Guide and support a team of caring professionals.
- **Personalized Attention**: Oversee and regularly update residents’ care plans.
- **Smooth Operations**: Supervise shifts to ensure our high standards are met.
- **Medication Mastery**: Safely administer and keep records of medications.
- **Daily Assistance**: Help residents with activities like washing, dressing, eating, and bathing.
- **Maintain Comfort**: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas tidy and safe.
- **Grow Together**: Support new care assistants and participate in ongoing training.
- **Stay Connected**: Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and external agencies.

What You’ll Bring:

- **Qualifications**: QCF or NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a care home environment and in shift leadership.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication.

Extra Qualities We Appreciate:

- **Advanced Qualifications**: QCF or NVQ level 4/5, nursing qualification (expired pin acceptable).
- **Specialized Knowledge**: Experience and knowledge of dementia care.
- **Team Spirit**: Work effectively as part of a team.
- **Friendly Nature**: Adaptable, polite, and caring personality.
- **Dependability**: Punctual and flexible with working hours.
