Pay: £12.00 - £13.00ph, enhancements for all bank holidays.
Mploy Healthcare are looking for experienced Healthcare assistants to join our agency and work in some fantastic residential and nursing homes. The homes offer the charms of quayside life in the picturesque town of Lymington, Hampshire. The homes are purposebuilt and dedicated to the needs of the people living in them. With features carefully designed to stimulate memory and enjoyment, a haven of quiet seclusion, The homes boast a ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating and are independent family run companies A fantasticenvironment to work in
The Role:

- Build relationships with residents to ensure they receive the highest level of personal care, including washing and dressing.
- Assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.
- Encouraging and supporting residents to remain as independent as possible
- Working in a team to create a friendly and welcoming environment in the home
- Be able to identify the needs and abilities of the residents.
- We have both day and night shifts available, offering both full and part time hours.
What we are looking for:

- Relevant experience working in care setting
- Someone who has a caring nature and is patient
- Be reliable and has excellent communication
