More detail about the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Oncology and Haematology Administrative Service as a Welcome Clerk. We are looking to recruit a professional individual who can provide efficient and effective administrative support to both the Reception or Ward areas. This is a varied role supporting the multi-disciplinary team across the specialities within Cancer Services.

The post holder will be required to demonstrate strong administration and IT skills along with excellent communication skills. It is essential you remain calm under pressure and show empathy when dealing with patients and relatives who can be distressed. Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide a patient focus service is paramount along with a flexible approach to work.
